that stuff a long time ago, including addressing them as you (plural) instead of you (singular)... Only exceptions are a handful of the "high ranking" politicians, and then only between themselves, and the royal family. :P I always feel uncomfortable when people call me "Sir" or "Mister", when they know my name.
