Continue from there, describing each problem in brief, what action you expect from Xtra in response to each problem, and when you expect them to act -- give definite dates and percise solutions. Avoid ranting; the attached e-mails will speak plainly enough of how fed up with Xtra you probably are. Conclude with:
"Shortly after you have implemented these solutions, I will be able to unblock you. Until that time, however, your site has been assessed as a security risk for our company, and I cannot allow correspondence from your site into our network. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
