Anybody made sushi? How hard can it be? by JimK 2006-07-26 05:54:26
I've got the basic fixings - mat, rice, mirin, nori, absurdly sharp knife etc.

Most of the process I'm happy with, but what I can't figure out is if there's a special way of cutting the fish or if I can just slice it any which way.

Any tips?
