I have a need to apply audio filters to some audio that is attached to video. Anyone know of an inexpensive (or better - free/free trial) software? OS=Win XP. The file is an MPEG file. I own the rights to this clip (it's something I shot for our church VBS program - I need to do noise reduction) TIA
