is it is someplace you would be happy working? Is the job something you are happy with? Is the pay appropriate given your area and qualifications? Does the place and the people seem like a fit for you? The distance is a con, but as for the other part, I figure its probably better to be working than not, right? I'd base it more on the job being a good fit for you than the travel time, unless it really is something you aren't going to be able to do daily, though.
