Dunno how to translate it any better than that. Bascially: That is an information of your bank about your transactions, with current balance at the end, listing account details of the recipient, amount of cash, and when it is transferred, the ID of the transaction. The same goes for the landlord. Voila, no physical evidence except your monthly/biweekly/weekly (when ever you want) record sheet, which you need anyway.
