serial pin help by maximumbob 2006-07-12 17:20:54
I wrote a program that waits for a 1 from TIOCM_CAR, which is listed everywhere as pin 1, but in fact in the program that function returns true when a connection is made from pin 7 to ground. (either metal case of pins or pin 5)

Ideas?
Oh. And pins 1 and 7 don't swap or anything in a null-modem cable, which this might be.
