Well ok, I wasn't a "Manager" however I was responsible for Tier 1 techs, took esclations, angry customers and did Network Ops IE interfacing directly with customers, not callers, who were usually angry that thier guests didn't have a net connection. Oh the joys. Of course, that also meant I got to call a lot of various ISPs. AT&T MIS rocked, if you were on the authorized list. Verizon sucked.
