However, when left with a voice mail he didn't respond to it until Hadji CALLED again, that's unacceptable customer service. I'm not thinking that Hadji is going to get anything out of this, however a complaint registered is important; you much let the company know what and who is doing wrong so that they aren't surprised next time you demand a rate reduction or tell them you've gone with someone else.
