guy; the gentleman that didn't give you a call back. I can understand that no one else gave you a call back, since your contact probably took the ticket into his own name. Now, undoubtably he forgot to call you, however that's no excuse.

He should have made some sort of appology, if not explanation as to why he hadn't got back to you.

The complaint, in my mind, is in regards to the tech, rather then the support structure.
