SET DEVMGR_SHOW_NONPRESENT_DEVICES=1
cd %systemroot%\system32
start compmgmt.msc

If you go into Device Manager and "view hidden devices" the disconnected ones will also appear.
You might be able to dig out those hidden drivers that way.

      It may have created an 'oem##.inf' and .pnf by kahuana2006-07-12 13:41:24
