Clean uninstall of TI SilverLink driver? by pentium5dot1 2006-11-19 12:55:59
A while ago I switched from TiLP-II to the official TI Connect. Now I want to switch back to TiLP-II, and I'm trying to figure out how to completely wipe the official TI SilverLink USB driver from the system so I can properly install the custom driver needed by TiLP-II. The problem is that I can uninstall the official driver just fine using Device Manager, but when I plug in the cable the next time, the system just reinstalls the driver. Windows won't accept the custom driver as an "upgrade" for the official one. Any suggestions?
