Horrible EULA idea by toysbfun 2006-07-12 12:13:21
A simple freeware program that includes in the EULA
1) the vendor may elect to charge the user without notice for usage of program at any future date
2) the vendor may put keylogging software on the computer that will monitor for banking information to ensure payment is received
3) by clicking "accept", the user agrees to the terms stated above and forfeits the right to any legal action against the vendor
