Debian boot hangs by thetree 2006-07-12 11:47:08
I have a brand new motherboard...

I out in the amd64 testing debian cd in there, and boot....

I hit enter when it tells me to, and then it loads Linux...

I am greeted with a blank screen with a blinking cursor, I can't type, but I can make lights go on and off with capslock and the other locks....

Nothing is printed out at all...

what can I do?

Note: Gentoo installer and Kubuntu live cd both work...

its a mystery to me as to why debian doesnt work...
