Good point re: isn't a crime at least to the reasoning. It is the intentional justifiable taking of another life. It is lie altering for ALL involved. It is to be avoided at all reasonable costs. The line gets drawn, legally, when the threat of Gross Bodily Harm and / or Death is posed to myself or others (personally defined as loved ones). Then, the criminal does NOT get to choose how far he / she will take it. Heaven forbid but I'd rather live with the consequences than die for lack of resolve.

Let's be real though. Isn't a crime doesn't mean Won't be investigated. I gaurantee you it wil be tried in the court of public opinion. I gaurantee the Police will be involved. My issue is that it ISN'T a crime to protect your life against a criminal.
