Whether you are directly affected by something has little bearing on whether you have an opinion on it:-) Are DVD's encrypted, or encoded? And if encrypted, why bother? If someone really wants to copy a DVD, it can be done. Making it more difficult simply limits legitimate uses of our technology, and makes it more expensive. I'm not a big fan of having to pay more than necessary for something just to guarantee higher profits to a corporation. And USians doesn't just sound wrong - it is wrong. The correct term is Americans. Short for (United States of) America(ns).
