The CMOS setup menus (Del/F2)or the other "popup" menu that let's you choose a drive/ROM/flash to boot from? Anyway, IIRC, when you make a harddrive change(add/remove/swap) you'll get the "popup" menu asking which drive you want to boot from. Also the "quick boot" seetings might be activated and the "time to display "del" message is set to 0 seconds. Need more info.
