My dad had "Stress Paper", made it when they got their first (or second, first one was expensive in operating) "xerox" machine. His "Stress paper" (translated) would be: a 20-leaf booklet of standard printing/copying paper (A4), holes punched in the short side, suspended on a cotton string on a well-fixed nail. It had text that read: Stress paper. When necessary: violently grab a sheet, tear it off, rumple, throw anywhere. Now doesn't that relieve you?
