you the mount points - this is the place where the disks are mounted on the file system. This is usually under /mnt/

If you can't find it there, at the terminal you can just type mount, and it should show you all disks (and other special file systems) that are mounted. You will need to make the connection between the device path (e.g. /dev/hdb) and the mount point on the filesystem.

If mount doesn't show you that the disks are mounted, then you should be able to mount them from the Disk manager.
