The problem is, half the time the link that Google comes back with is 404 on Microsoft's site because they've moved everything around and changed all their URLs. And avoided doing redirects too, although if you're changing millions of pages already, I don't know what the impact would be of trying to support the old URLs with redirects. I would guess not all that great, but I don't know for sure.
