Anyways, peeing on a monument = burning the flag = publishing cartoons of prophets = wiping yer bum with pages from the bible = any other action that is non-violent, destructive to YOUR property only, and has no physical impact on anyone else's property or person.

IOW - legal.

Reprehensible, perhaps, but legal.

Except for the possible biocontamination and public urination charges, it doesn't make it worse that it was on a monument or a grave or a gutter.
