A text block like that wouldn't be given the time of day by the massive supercomputers that process communications looking for threats. More of the same and much worse comes out of IRC, Usenet and a gazillion online forums, and these are either discarded or stored as very low priority material.

If I do need to be worried there's something seriously wrong with our law enforcement systems today.
