No wonder they don't "book" you more than a year in advance, but maybe some places do. If I were to run a theatre, restaurant ... any "small place where people come", I wouldn't complicate the business juggling "reservations" too long in advance. Unless ... they pay the full fee up-front, and don't ask their money back later if their trip to "my place" doesn't work out. |
