Facexpaces would play the blogger's favourite MP3s. Unless the blogger owns the rights to those MP3s, I think the RIAA would consider this a copyright violation. While it may be a bit of a grey area whether the blogger or the hosting company is responsible for this, I have no doubt the RIAA may go after the hosting company as well. I know for a fact that its Dutch cousin BREIN does so; I have been so unfortunate as to receive a cease-and-desist mail once from Tim Kuik regarding one (!!) MP3 an user put on a server I'm one of the administrators on :(

MySpace, if I understand correctly, is meant to publish your own music (i.e. music you made yourself) so does not have this problem.
