AOL refuses to close customer's account... by Kickstart2006-11-19 12:55:59

Zero tolerance my eye. by sass10151 2006-06-22 20:24:50
The rep was only doing exactly what they are trained to do.
And AOL has less than zero tolerance for reps who do not maintain a specific level of retentions.
Once upon a time, I was desperate enough to go through their interview process. At the time, retention paid more than technical support. Fortunately, I dodged that bullet.

BTW - hi all - been, and still am, very busy. I keep wanting to post, but get pulled away from the board before I can get into the flow of a thread. Congrats, KS, on the addition. Will try to get back to the board more often.
