Not having followed the thread, I have nothing to say about Arivia's arguments on the original topic.

This however bothers me...
You seem to delight in holding up the dictionary in your defense of your argument. *Perhaps* the dictionary *does* support your position... however, that doesn't address the *fact* that the majority of other participants seem to define the words 'bias' and 'prejudice' differently than you.
And here is why: "Evolution is just a theory."

The majority of people "understand" 'theory' to mean something very different than what it really means in the scientific community. Using definitions of words differently from the majority doesn't make your argument wrong. And yes, there are times when there is clearly "right" and "wrong" side.

Your suggestion to find alternate ways of explaining one's point is good, but it's rare (and certainly very rare here) to find someone capable of doing that.
