You're right - as a hetrosexual person I do tend to group all people with a different sexual preference/orientation together. It is simply an effect on my inability to comprehend anybody wanting to be otherwise. It does not however, get in the way of me feeling, knowning, and believing that a person "just is" whatever they are (including hetro). In this case I made the grouping for a different reason - the artilce arivia linked to contained a quote that by itself grouped the non-hetro preferences. I do recognise that it was in relation to an event that by it's nature causes that grouping (if in reality for only one night a year).
