If you think it is ludicrous, then you really need to examine the role of writer and reader in a teaching format. It's a dialogue, not a monologue, and to think otherwise is absurd.

I wrote what I did to respond to unfounded allegations that were presented without evidence. I have tried to deal with this maturely, but I have been confronted with those unwilling to move from their prejudiced positions, and who are unwilling to discuss those positions rationally.

It is not solely mine, for I was not the one that opened with allegations with no base in fact, and responded irrationally when confronted about them.
