I live reasonably close to campus, and at the moment (for the summer) I can see 24 active networks.... out of which 13 don't use any form of encryption, and at least 5 still have their default passwords. during the Fall/Spring semesters the total number of networks climbs to the mid-30s (or high 70s if you use a cantenna)... I'm starting to wonder if wireless networks can cause cancer.
