Dell Gold Support. AKA "I accidently on purpose dropped it off the roof and you still have to cover it" The best thing I have found it to call them after 9:52PM EST and before 9:55PM EST. For some reason you get routed to the Center that is off at 10pm. Any later than 9:55 PM and you get routed elsewhere. They will do ANYTHING to get you off the phone.... My PR is 3 separate systems with 3 separate issues in less than 10 mins. Explain issue to Tech, Confirm addy and contact info of site. Tech: Here's the Work Order, I've scheduled a field tech for tomorrow. Wash, rinse, repeat.... Red
