Simple: large, conductive screwdriver tip used to bridge various leads on the circuitry. Simpler: use screwdriver to chip away part of a capacitor on the motherboard (and not one of those hugeous ones; one of the tiny ones that you could tile in dozens on on your CTRL key). Simpler still: a quick flip of the PSU switch to 220V may do it... >:)
