Just make sure you pit each and every one of them. My dad broke a tooth on one at a barbecue/garden party several years back. :E|

A side question on bacon: when I think of bacon, I think of this stuff (salted and/or smoked). However, in England and Ireland, that is known as "streaky bacon" and when they talk about bacon, they actually mean this (just "north" of the sausage). Also, the main wiki article on bacon hints at that distinction in meanings between Ireland and the UK on one side, and America on the other, but it isn't to clear to me which is which. So, could anyone explain to me what Americans think of when talking of "bacon"? Thanks.
