Fuji repair depot. So I have no qualms about referring my customers there. I wouldn't buy an Acer laptop on my life. Front mounted buttons/ports is stupid/bad, and I didn't find them to be well constructed, so as to bend or flex is ways that aren't good. Devnull had one for a while, it wasn't pretty after a while.
