Can I borrow the keys to the Orbital LART cannon? by peired 2006-06-22 12:06:32
*&^%$ Dell Gold Support....

Dell: Is the system available for troubleshooting

Me: No, it's located approx. 2000 miles away from me, I'm part of the contracted helpdesk. I need you to open a work order and provide your contact info so I can do a conference call back with the user when he is available

Dell: I just want to check on this issue for you, may I place you on hold...

Me: Ok then... (Mental WTF here)

Dell: Can you confirm the callback number and/or a time for us to contact the user?

Me: Contact# is XXX-XXX-XXXX, but I will handle getting in touch with you, the user is not available at the moment and I will need to conference call back with him when he is available. I just need a work order and the callback info for you....

Repeat like 4 more times.....

It's like pulling teeth I swear to $Diety
