Make daily (or even 1 for each meal) entries. If you want to put more information in there you can. then you can look back by day. I'd be inclined, myself, to keep track of this on paper, though I can't really figure out why that is :P. If you want to go Database, then you'll have to tell us what os, and what type of model you want (and if you've got something like access already or you're looking for a free one). You'll also have think about what you want to record for each entry and how you want to structure it.
