Al-Maussad (spelling) missile components were found a couple of years ago. Those were also in direct violation of UN sanctions, and a violation of the cease-fire. Note: the war was not started in 2003, it was started in 1991; we were merely in a cease-fire since then. After 12 years of Saddam not living up to his agreements we went in. I should also point out that during those 12 years his troops continued to fire at US aircraft.
