however hs recollection being incorrect doesnt' make him an intentional liar.

i shoudl point out that if 3L of sarin was a treatable exposure for the soldiers it's -very- clear that the munition had degraded well past effective levels in that lethal dose is VERY small for sarin (although i dont' know it off the top of my head)
