These are dead and degraded explosives. NOT chemical weapons any more, nor have they been for years and years, long BEFORE we (unlawfully) invaded on the pretext that "Tons" of weapons existed deployable in fifteen minutes or whatever lie they told (might have been 45 minutes, i can't keep track of the liars without a scorecard). They were not useful since long -before- the invasion. Tney didn't have weapons. They -used- to have weapons. We -all- knew that.
