Start with the method part. Then the results part. Then grab a leetle bit from the 1st 2 pages of your lit review to write the easy peasy introduction (aimed at thickos like me). Then struggle for days with the discussion, summarise your agony in 2 sentences for the conclusion, lose all your references and go mad trying to find them again, take the first two sentences from Intro-Method and Discussion and there's your abstract and you're done!
