On the scientist from yesterday: by Arivia2006-11-19 12:55:59
Yet said scientist herself by NemoHac 2006-06-22 00:56:16
made reference to GLBT - grouping them all together. Whether you think along those lines is frankly irrelevant. The article is written in a manner and contains supporting quotes suggesting that she thinks of it along said lines.

Now before you accuse me of prejudice or bias let me state again (as I did on yesterday's board) that the article is not primary evidence of her opinions/beliefs or her work. To be honest I'm sick and tired of your accusations of prejudice etc every time a discussion of this nature arises. All along we have stated our opinion that there is a POSSIBILITY of bias and you react as though we insist it is definite. If you look honestly, you will see many of us voicing similar doubts about other scientific articles, whether is be the next geek shiny or a medical breakthrough.

I'm not out to insult you or put you down so I apologise if I have. I need to dash now, but will check this thread later on.
