I had a fairly promising monk going in Nethack, who then got his bag of holding cursed despite wielding Magicbane. When I went to retreive my holy water from inside the bag, all my candles disappeared, rendering the game pretty much unwinnable. Only one thing to do... "Ia Ia Cthulhu Fhtagn!" You'll recognize my bones file because it's the one with "So long, sucker!" engraved on the up staircase. Have fun.
