The issue wasn't one of difficulty, but ignorance. Once I was pointed in the right direction, it was pretty simple. Same thing would happen with someone who doesn't often use a Microsoft OS, not to mention a new version of a Microsoft OS where they move things around arbitrarily so that even people who know the OS well have to look for things that have been second nature to them until the new version.
