Ubuntu bootable DVD is pretty but	by Ishta	2006-06-17 16:24:15
Trojans and spyware aren't. I think I may be reinstalling windows again. I went to use something from a spot I don't usually obtain things from. Well on launch it put in 11 trojans and two spyware. The spyware and trojans are for the most part gone. But it has damaged XP. XP gets cpu usage at 100% with the cpu being used 98% by some program calling itself dump.exe. Furthermore the system tray has a little alerter icon of some sort that claims my systems infected and I must download things. Running Ad-Aware causes the system to freeze. Before it freezes it notes there is one "module" that the system has that it shouldn't. So I'm in Ubuntu checking it out(like I said it's pretty) as well as seeing if I can from here brute force fix windows. If not you know what I'm doing later. Yes I did eye FreeBSD 6 but I still hate its installer. So it will wait until I have a bigger hard drive, more printer ink, and more patience. Time to put on music to work by.
