I'm sure you expect me to say that no matter what, but two very early signs:

- smiling when 5 days old (when tickled), when move babies don't smile for two to six weeks
- yesterday I was kissing the bottom of her foot and making kissy noises. Then I made kissy noises without kissing her foot and she moved her foot to my mouth. She did this at least twice and tried twice more.
