...
I am holding one in my hand
probably about 50 LEDs
so I plug a yellow one into the breadboard
1.5v battery, 470 ohm reistor
connect, nothing happens..
I thin: maybe the thing is dead, it is about 30 years old, after all.
I take a red one, plug it in
voila
it shines
I take a green one...
conenct it...
it doesnt work..
I try others in the bag
only the red ones work!
AHHH!!!!!!
do yellow and green ones need a different amount of power, and since when? |

Maybe. They're only getting around 3 mA | by kahuana | 2006-06-17 14:20:43 |

I can quite happily run many on 12VDC | by fudje | 2006-06-17 17:32:42 |
