  If you have a geolocation database by Didactylos 2006-06-17 13:51:49
(and I assume you don't) then there is nothing stopping you from doing a reverse lookup. Just bear in mind that the output will include multiple IP ranges, and these IP ranges may cover geographic areas some distance from the specified location. Geolocation is not guaranteed, anyway - so you may get some weird results now and then.
