that sounds like a good advice. perhaps after a few of these I'll get used to doing these things. Sometimes I feel though like I need an external stimulus to start and to keep doing the chores. Is there a way to internalize the stimulus ? I suppose there are not many ways that are nicer other than brute force -- make yourself do the task.
