Let's assume it's not a mistake. So, if illegally used, and assuming it's $1.00 per minute (nice round figure, probably on the high side, on average), that's 218 trillion minutes.
Assume 2 months continuous use... that's 60 days, or 86,400 minutes.
So, we'd be looking at non-stop illegal use by 218 trillion/86,400 = 2,523,148,148 people, or about 1/3 of the total population of the planet.
Yep. That's gotta be it. No *way* it could just be a mistake. |
