you do it WITH them, and in spite of them. Dont' expect to get rid of the negative feelings. Its totally okay to do it and whine about it the whole time so long as it gets done. You're not going to like it until its done. Then you can relax. So jsut do it, because its nto going to do itself and you won't get a moment's real peace until its done.
