Just e-filed my state and federal tax returns. now to do the local one. Sometimes I think that is worse than the federal and state ones! The instructions are horrible. I actually forced them to update the instructions a few years ago. They tried to disallow a deduction for a loss on my rentals. I pointed out the sections in the directions I followed to the letter when doing my calculations. nowhere did it say I was not allowe dthe loss. They relented, but the instructions were different next year :)
